Story Telling with Susan Yates
Hear Canadian stories come alive! Susan Yates will be reading stories about Canadian history, indigenous peoples and Canadian classics. Stories will be aimed at a younger audience, but all ages are welcome to attend. Entrance by donation.

Salish Sea Luthierie Presentation with Patrick Olmstead
Join Patrick Olmsted (Gabriola Guitars), Master Luthier, for an interactive discussion and presentation covering many aspects of stringed instrument making and hand work. Participants can bring an instrument to ask questions about, or just curiosity. There will be some music performed on unique guitar family instruments designed and built on Gabriola.

Predator Prey and Orienteering Day
Kids can come to the museum to learn about predator prey relationships, play fun forest games, learn to use a compass, read a map and follow an orienteering trail. You must pre- register with the Museum before attending, 250-247-9987. Ages 8+
